• Proforma Invoice : will be issued to you (importer) after receiving the purchase order (P/O) from you.

  • Production period : the order will be confirmed and proceeded after receiving letter of credit (L/C) at sight and please allows at least 30 days (upon amount of your order) for us to produce the product.

  • We run business in a type of family business, not company. We only receipts all business documents (such as : Purchase Order) via email by sales@acazii.com or EMS letter to us by our address. Otherwise we can send all documents to you by any way that you are convenient or as your request (by fax, email or EMS letter).

  • Please specify product id, size of product (all sizes can be decorated with any of all style) and amount of each item in your puchase order to allows us to consider if it suitable amount of shipment and then reply to you as soon as possible.

  • Payment method : We only accept payment by "Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight". Please specify the period of "Expire Date" in L/C that long enough to allows us to raise the L/C in time.

  • Our price is based on F.O.B. Bangkok (USD) and minimum per shipment is required as specific in our website.

  • All bank charges outside Thailand are for importer (purchaser) account.

  • We ship via freight forwarders :
    - Air freights anywhere in the world with approximate seven-day delivery time.
    - Sea freights anywhere in the world with one-month delivery time.
